What You'll Need:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 2 cups loosely packed spinach (or kale leaves)
- 1 scoop vanilla raw vegan protein (I love Sunwarrior Warrior Blend Vanilla and Garden Of Life Raw Organic Meal Vanilla)
- 2 Tbsp soaked chia seeds (soak in filtered water for 30 minutes)
- 20 ounces cold filtered water
Combine all of your ingredients in a high speed blender. Pour, drink & enjoy!
